Brewery Production Technician (Full-Time or Part-Time) Etna Brewing Company Fort Jones, California About Us Etna Brewing Company is a growing craft brewery located in the heart of Northern California. We are seeking an experienced brewery production team member to help support all aspects of brewery operations during a busy period of growth. This position is ideal for someone who has prior professional brewery experience and can quickly integrate into an active production environment with minimal training. Position Type Full-Time or Part-Time Available We are open to either full-time or part-time candidates depending on experience, availability, and fit. Flexible scheduling may be available for qualified applicants. Position Summary The Brewery Production Technician will assist with all aspects of brewery production, including brewhouse operations, cellar work, packaging, cleaning and sanitation and general brewery support.
